The following recipe is one I found online years ago when I first discovered Pinterest. We ended up loving this meal SO much that we still make it a few times a month. I used to make it with brown rice but I eventually switched to using Jasmine rice because we like the taste a lot more. I also now use two oranges instead of one because my husband is an orange fiend. This meal has just the right amount of spiciness without overdoing it. This is by far my favorite Pinterest recipe to date. Try it and let me know what you think!
